Production process and process of sanitary napkin equipment:
1. Prepare raw materials, cast film, release paper, gelatin paper, packaging bags, expanded pulp, wood pulp, bamboo charcoal fiber, wormwood, polymer absorbent, spray and treatment agents;
2. Fully mix puffed pulp, wood pulp, bamboo charcoal fiber, and wormwood in a certain proportion, evenly add treatment agents during the mixing process, prepare cashmere pulp through dry pulp, compact the prepared cashmere pulp, wrap the compacted cashmere pulp with non-woven fabric, and prepare cotton core;
3. The prepared cotton core is treated with an ultraviolet lamp, and the treated cotton core is tested with a stain tester. The cotton core that meets the requirements is compacted with internal cutting holes, and the delayed film is adhered to the cotton core by spraying glue. The edge is sealed by a sealing machine, and the cotton core is flattened after sealing is completed;
4. After the edge sealing is completed, add polymer absorbent to the bottom of the sanitary napkin after the edge sealing is completed. After adding the absorbent, stick adhesive paper on its surface;
5. The composite shaped sanitary napkin is cut and formed through a cutting mold, and the formed sanitary napkin is wrapped in three folds through a folding machine;
6. Place the sanitary napkin in a three fold packaging into the packaging bag, fill the packaging bag with nitrogen gas, seal the packaging bag, and test the airtightness of the sealed bag;
7. Packaged sanitary napkins.
