What is the sanitary napkin production line

2023-08-27
The Sanitary Napkin Production Line refers to a series of equipment and processes required for the production of sanitary napkins. From the processing of raw materials, surface layer, water separation layer, absorber, adhesive strip, demolding, buckle and other processes to the packaging and quality inspection of finished products, the coordinated operation of the sanitary napkin production line is required.
A complete sanitary napkin production line can complete the fully automated production process from raw materials to finished products, improve production efficiency and quality, and save manpower and costs. In the increasingly growing market demand, the role of sanitary napkin production lines is becoming increasingly important and receiving increasing attention from the industry.
The sanitary napkin production line mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material processing
The raw materials for sanitary napkins mainly include non-woven fabrics, absorbent paper, adhesive strips, and buttons. On the production line, these raw materials need to be processed to form a raw material strip that can be quickly identified and processed by production equipment for subsequent production.
2. Surface treatment
The surface layer is the exterior part of the sanitary napkin, which needs to undergo processes such as hot pressing, cutting, and punching. In this part of the production line, the surface layer becomes smoother and more neat after several treatments, making it convenient for subsequent processing.
3. Preparation of water separation layer and absorption system
The water separation layer and absorber are the core parts of sanitary napkins, which require a series of preparation processes on the production line. The water separation layer requires professional equipment to separate and remove water, and then cut and compress to form a suitable size and thickness. The absorbent needs to be pre processed with absorbent paper, then rolled and punched, and then bonded with the water separation layer to form the core of the sanitary napkin.
4. Adhesive strip and demolding
Adhesive strips play a crucial role in the production of sanitary napkins, allowing them to be more tightly attached to female genitals and preventing leakage. In this part of the production line, the adhesive strip needs to be rolled, cut, and glued. Demolding refers to the removal of a portion of a sanitary napkin from the production equipment, which needs to be sorted and sorted to facilitate subsequent packaging work.
5. Buckling and Packaging
Buckling is the latter part of sanitary napkins production, and it is necessary to match the sewing machine with the track link on the production line, and accurately punch holes on the track at the appropriate time and position. After completing these treatments, sanitary napkins can be packaged and quality tested before leaving the factory for sale.
The sanitary napkin production line plays a very important role in modern health services, ensuring that women receive efficient and comfortable hygiene protection during their physiological period. It can also improve production efficiency and quality, and increase the competitiveness of production enterprises.
