Female sanitary tampons and their processing technology and equipment:
A sanitary cotton strip with a certain length, including: a). The width of a non-woven fiber mesh with a specific length corresponds to the length of a sanitary cotton strip and has a longitudinal axis. The end of the nonwoven fiber mesh is formed by a reduced cross-sectional area, and the end edge of the end is formed by alternating segments of cut fibers and extended fibers. A production process for sanitary cotton strips and cores, characterized by the following:
1. Select high-quality nanofibers, fully dry them in the sun, use wild mugwort leaves, remove impurities and coarse stems, wash them, and fully dry them in the sun;
2. Weigh fixed weight nanofibers and mugwort leaves in proportion, press the nanofibers into a strip like nanofiber layer, mix mugwort leaves with the strip like nanofiber layer, and spray surfactants;
3. Wrap the mixed nanofiber layer tightly with non-woven fabric and spray antibacterial agent to form a cotton strip;
4. Grind raw Aconite, motherwort, Angelica sinensis, and Coptis chinensis evenly into powder, mix them into a solution, and apply them on the surface of the cotton strip to form an antibacterial layer;
5. Use an antibacterial layer for high-temperature sterilization of cotton strips;
6. Cotton strips are packaged under sterile conditions, i.e. finished products.
