The construction of China's first sanitary napkin production line
After multiple trials and improvements, the first sanitary napkin production line in China was installed and debugged in Shanghai in 1953. This production line is designed and produced by the Chinese Ministry of Machinery Industry on the basis of Shanghai Jiuchuan Chazhuang Equipment Factory. This production line took nearly two years from design to construction, and through multiple simulations and continuous improvements, it finally became a landmark building in the Chinese sanitary napkin industry at that time.
This production line is a fully automatic production line that can complete all the processes of sanitary napkins production, including material cutting, embossing, color mixing, edge sealing, back film application, packaging, and so on.
